Policy & General terms

By purchasing a ticket, wearing the wristband, and entering the festival venue, the visitor accepts the festival’s house rules as well as its ticketing, data protection, and data security policies.

ENTRY TO THE EVENT

  • Entry to the Festival grounds is permitted only within the time frame and under the conditions defined by the purchased ticket. Pre-purchased tickets will be exchanged for wristbands upon entry. Visitors are required to wear the wristband at all times during its validity. Organizers will continuously check wristbands upon entry and exit, as well as within the festival area. If a visitor’s wristband is found to be invalid, they must leave the festival grounds. Wristbands are non-transferable. A wristband worn on the wrist is considered valid, but in justified cases it may be worn on another body part from which it cannot be removed without damage. Damaged wristbands — such as those that are reattached, cut, tampered with, have a diameter larger than the wrist, or have been otherwise manipulated — are considered invalid. Lost or damaged wristbands will not be replaced.
  • Children under the age of 12 may only enter and remain at the event venue if accompanied by and under the supervision of a competent adult.
  • For safety reasons, the Organizers reserve the right to restrict objects and equipment brought into the festival area. In particular, it is prohibited to bring in drugs, pyrotechnic items, glass objects, umbrellas, explosives, toxic or flammable substances, firearms, knives with a blade longer than 8 cm, butterfly knives, switchblades, pepper spray, batons, extendable batons, metal chains longer than 50 cm, throwing stars, slingshots, or any other items deemed especially dangerous to public safety under applicable law.
  • Driving any kind of vehicle into the Festival area without prior permission from the Organizers is strictly prohibited.

CODE OF CONDUCT

  • Visitors must behave in accordance with general social norms, relevant legal provisions, and the festival’s house rules while on the Festival grounds. They must refrain from any behavior, expression, or action that may endanger or violate the rights, life, health, or physical integrity of others.
  • Visitors must pay special attention to protecting the natural environment and refrain from causing any damage. Organizers request that all waste be disposed of in the designated bins.
  • Visitors acknowledge that sound and image recordings may be made at the Festival by the Organizers and their authorized Partners, Collaborators, media representatives (as per their individual agreements), other Visitors, or third parties. By attending the Festival, Visitors explicitly consent to the recording and publication of their image, appearance, and expressions. Visitors may only be named with their explicit consent unless they qualify as public figures, in which case naming is permitted without consent. The creators of such content obtain an unlimited, transferable, and exclusive right to use these recordings across time, space, and format. Organizers and their authorized persons may use and exploit these materials without limitation (particularly for promotional purposes), reproduce, publish, adapt, broadcast, and distribute them in any manner — without obligation to provide compensation to the Visitor.
  • Visitors further acknowledge that the Organizer may record the Festival, its concerts, and programs, and may reproduce and distribute these recordings, broadcast or otherwise transmit them to the public, including online platforms such as YouTube, allowing the public to access the content at a time and place of their choosing. Visitors may not make any claims against the Organizer regarding such recordings.
  • Visitors are allowed to make their own audio and visual recordings at the Festival, but only with the Organizer’s prior written consent for concerts and programs. These recordings may not be sold, monetized, or used for commercial purposes — even free of charge — nor may the individuals depicted be named without their consent, and their personal rights must not be violated. The Organizer disclaims any liability if other Visitors violate these terms.
  • No commercial, trade, or promotional activity is permitted on the Festival grounds without prior written authorization from the Organizer.
  • Alcohol may not be served to persons under the age of 18 or to intoxicated individuals within the Festival grounds. The consumption of substances classified as narcotics under applicable law is strictly prohibited and punishable by law.
  • Visitors who violate these rules may be escorted out of the Festival area, and repeat offenders may be removed entirely from the Festival grounds.
  • As the Festival is intended to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all, any form of demonstration unrelated to the Organizer’s official events — regardless of the number of participants — is strictly prohibited.

OTHER PROVISIONS

  • The Organizer is only liable for damages caused by intentional misconduct or breaches that result in harm to human life, physical integrity, or health. All other liability is excluded, beyond the rights guaranteed by law. Ticket prices reflect these limitations of liability.
  • The Organizer does not provide any baggage or valuables storage, and is not liable for any damages resulting from this.
  • No security is provided in the designated parking areas, and the Organizer assumes no responsibility for any damage or theft related to vehicles or belongings placed therein.
  • The Festival may be held even in the event of bad weather. The Festival or any part of it may be cancelled if an act of God (force majeure) compels the Organizer to suspend or close the event as per authority orders.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to modify the program.
  • Visitors who are on the Festival grounds without a valid wristband will be held accountable and required to pay for the appropriate entry wristband (or price difference). Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of access rights by the Organizer, with no right to compensation or further claims.
  • For any comments, complaints, or suggestions regarding hospitality, staff, or other matters, Visitors may contact the Organizer.
